For event solution services, cancellation terms vary depending on the package and the time remaining until your event. We understand that circumstances may change, and we work with clients to find appropriate solutions.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date may be eligible for a partial refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date may be subject to additional terms based on services already provided.
If you need to modify your event solution package, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to adjust services based on availability and your needs.
If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it within 14 business days after approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
Certain services or fees may be non-refundable, including but not limited to consultation fees that have already been provided, custom design work that has been completed, or third-party vendor fees that have been paid.
In cases of force majeure events beyond our control, including natural disasters or government restrictions, we will work with clients to reschedule services or provide appropriate accommodations.
